Dr. Arthur Egbuchulam, PharmD, is an entrepreneur, chemist and dealmaker with extensive experience in leadership, sales, deal origination, and M&A. With a focus on high-growth assets in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, Arthur’s unconventional background fuels his dedication to innovation and rapid growth.

Arthur’s M&A journey began in venture capital consulting with a firm spun out of Sachs Policy Group, where he specialized in deal sourcing and advising hospital-backed VC funds. Collaborating with Fortune 500 healthcare leaders like HSS, Mount Sinai, and AstraZeneca, he honed his expertise in identifying market opportunities and evaluating high-potential companies.

As a lead operator for a $150M+ revenue pharmaceutical holding company in New York City, Arthur gained hands-on experience managing large-scale operations, helping over 1 million patients throughout the city every year get access to medication every year. Inspired by market disruptions in the pharmaceutical industry post-pandemic, he launched a search fund focused on consolidating and scaling pharmacy businesses to capitalize on the sector’s rapid evolution.

In 2023, Arthur's fund successfully closed an off-market pharmaceutical deal in New York City. He then decided to leverage his expertise in sourcing unique opportunities and his robust network of institutional lenders to target various investments in the lower middle-market M&A space by launching Buch Pharmaceutical Group (BPG).

With a rare blend of operational insight, strategic foresight, and dealmaking acumen, Arthur is pooling together various aspects of the business world to drive innovation and unlock never before seen growth in today’s ever-changing market.

Mr. Klele, a seasoned attorney  and advisor to BPG brings nearly 25 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on healthcare transactions and regulatory compliance. Mr. Klele’s practice serves a diverse range of clients, including group practices, ambulatory surgery centers, telemedicine providers, addiction centers, medispas, pharmacies, and management service organizations (MSOs).

Mr. Klele is a recognized leader in the governance, structuring, and operation of rapidly growing administrative models. He has successfully managed complex transactions, including practice acquisitions, consolidations, leasing arrangements, and provider agreements. His work extends to overseeing facility licensing, navigating disputes with state departments of health, and crafting compliance strategies tailored to state and federal regulations, such as anti-kickback laws and corporate practice of medicine statutes.

Mr. Klele’s transactional expertise is complemented by his litigation background, which includes resolving payor audits, insurance disputes, and cases involving the False Claims Act. This unique combination of skills enables him to guide clients through the full lifecycle of healthcare operations—from strategic planning and growth through regulatory challenges and litigation defense.

An active contributor to the legal community, he serves as vice-chair of the Editorial Board of the American Bar Association’s The Health Lawyer and has been featured on the Healthcare Editorial Board for Law360.

Mr. Pinkowitz is an accomplished finance executive with over 20 years of expertise in financial planning & analysis, accounting, capital markets, corporate development, and mergers & acquisitions. His diverse experience spans startups, middle-market businesses, and public corporations. Throughout his career, David has successfully led and participated in financial transactions totaling billions of dollars. 

Highlights include executing a Nasdaq IPO in 2020 for a multinational healthcare diagnostics company and founding two hedge funds that collectively managed over $1 billion in assets. Mr. Pinkowitz also brings a decade of experience from top Wall Street firms, including JPMorgan and Citadel Investment Group. With a strong foundation in strategic financial leadership, David offers invaluable insights and guidance to organizations navigating complex financial landscapes.

Mr. Sekhon, is a seasoned professional specializing in buy-side due diligence, Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports, and financial modeling. Avnit brings a wealth of experience and expertise in leading complex financial transactions across North America.

Avnit began his career at Deloitte, where he articled and earned his CPA designation, graduating with distinction in accounting from a top Canadian university. During his tenure at Deloitte, he worked with premier global clients, including a multinational real estate developer managing assets worth over $40 billion. This experience honed his ability to navigate high-stakes financial environments and deliver comprehensive, detail-oriented analyses.

Mr. Sekhon has led numerous due diligence engagements across diverse industries, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and infrastructure. He has overseen transactions ranging from $5 million to $40 million, showcasing his versatility and proficiency in navigating deals of various sizes and complexities. Some notable engagements include a $17 million acquisition of a government-contracted utility company and a $40 million acquisition of a New York-based tech firm by a Toronto public company.

Avnit's analytical rigor, strategic insight, and dedication to client success have made him a trusted advisor in the M&A space. His ability to produce high-quality financial reports and navigate intricate deal structures underscores his value to clients and their stakeholders.

Mr. Abdelnour is a seasoned financier, entrepreneur, and author with over three decades of experience on Wall Street.  Mr. Abdelnour specializes in originating, structuring, and acting as an equity investor in strategic corporate investments.

Abdelnour's career highlights include involvement in over 125 transactions, supporting companies and serial entrepreneurs with a cumulative value exceeding $20 billion across the private equity, high-yield bond, and distressed debt markets. His strategic insights and ability to identify high-growth opportunities have positioned him as a leading dealmaker in global finance.

Ziad began his illustrious career at Drexel Burnham Lambert, where he was part of the pioneering efforts that shaped the leveraged buyout (LBO) industry. This experience laid the foundation for his expertise in structured finance and alternative investments.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Abdelnour is the Founder and Chairman of the Financial Policy Council, a nonprofit organization fostering dialogue between thought leaders and policymakers on financial and economic reform.

Abdelnour holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business and a BS in Economics from the American University of Beirut. Recognized as one of the "500 Most Influential CEOs in the World," he remains a prominent thought leader in finance and global economic policy.
